Sunset Yoga & Harp

Join Michelle & Dré for a soulful evening of movement, stillness, and celestial sound as we honor National Look Up at the Sky Day with a special sunset yoga flow and harp-infused sound bath under the open sky.

As the sun sets, we will flow with its rhythm—grounding, stretching, and breathing deeply into presence. As darkness falls, we will surrender to sound, letting the ethereal tones of the harp and other healing instruments carry us into stillness, reflection, and awe.

✨ What to Expect:

• Sunset Yoga Flow – A gentle, all-levels practice to open the body and heart
• Harp-Infused Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of live harp, chimes, and crystal bowls
• Breathwork & Guided Reflection – Connecting your inner world to the universe above
• Stargazing & Stillness – Space to simply be, under the vast night sky

WHAT TO BRING:

A blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything you need to feel comfortable (layers are great). Mats are provided and there will be extra blankets available.
