All levels, soothing outdoor yoga practice with Chrissy Lewin. A slower practice to soothe the soul during the hot summer season.
Meet Sarah and Andrew Haddock of Nipetown Hollow Farm, home of Honey Moon Apiary, as you take time to cut your own flowers and soak up the beginning moments of the sunset. Honey will also be available to purchase at an extra cost.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Jars will be available for your flowers or you can bring your own.
