Sunset Vinyasa Flow Outdoor

Vinyasa flow yoga for all levels in Margaret's island is taking place regularly every Tuesday from 18.45PM-20.00PM with Dori a multi-style yoga instructor who brought her knowledge and experience all the way from the far India to share it with anyone wanting to practice authentic yoga with joyful vibes in Budapest Hungary.

What is a Vinyasa flow?

Linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. With creative and balanced sequences strengthening and lengthening detoxing and pranayama you will experience a strong safe and supportive practice. Modifications and options will be provided for different abilities. You'll have the opportunity to play with some backbends forward bends and inversions if you choose and cool down with some deep stretches to restore the body and mind.

 THIS SESSION IS OUTDOOR We are practicing during sunset near the river.
