SUP yoga is the perfect way to unwind and reflect as you wrap up your busy weekend. Monday has never felt better! Experience mindful movement and relaxation in the glow of the setting sun. No experience necessary.
Beginners welcome and encouraged.
Cost: $40 per person
Advance registration required
18yr+ and must be able to swim!

Wear comfortable, quick drying clothes that allow for a free-moving experience! Athletic/yoga apparel is recommended.
All SUP activities are WEATHER PERMITTING. Safety is our priority. Inclement weather including but not limited to rain, threat of storms, extreme heat or cold temps below 70, air quality issues and high winds are not safe for SUP yoga.
Let your cares drift away during your floating practice. The view is always better from the water.
