Expect a full body workout targeting upper and lower body muscles, firing up the glutes, core and more; vibing with a handpicked playlist.

Each lesson has its dresscode, and every experiece is intimate and intentional. This is your monthly Thursday unwind. Come move with us, explore new muscles and unlock a whole new experience.

Programme:

Workout starts at 650pm, arrive 15 minutes before your class.

The workout will last 50 minutes and the event will end between 735pm to 745pm.

Things to prepare:

- Water bottle to stay hydrated

- ⁠Small towel

- ⁠Optional: Grip socks & towel for the mat

Directions:

Register yourself at L1 to get a wristband by mentioning ‘Sunset Studio’. Take the lift to L62 where you will see a second lift that leads you to the rooftop. On L63 come up the stairs, our staff will greet you.
