Sunset Starlight Walk
An unforgettable walk in North Hertfordshire countryside raising vital funds for Garden House Hospice Care. The circular route starts and finishes at Letchworth Hall Hotel, guiding you through the town and beautiful surrounding villages. Walkers are encouraged to light up the night with glowsticks, fairy lights or illuminated accessories and fancy dress is welcome, so feel free to get creative! More than just a charity walk, Sunset Starlight Walk is a way to pay tribute to loved ones, celebrate life and create lasting memories.
Imagine a summer evening stroll around North Hertfordshire roads and the surrounding countryside with hundreds of others in the local community. Now imagine knowing that every step you take could make a real difference.
That’s exactly what Sunset Starlight Walk is all about – a 10km circular route around Letchworth as the sun sets and the stars come out. This special evening combines making memories with time to pause and reflect on the lives of those no longer with us. With a sponsorship target of £100 per person, it’s also a fantastic way to play your part in raising vital funds for Garden House Hospice Care.
People from all walks of life will join us for this event. Many will be walking to remember someone special; others may be looking for a personal challenge or simply enjoying the community spirit. No matter the reason for taking part and whether you join with friends, family, colleagues or by yourself, Sunset Starlight Walk welcomes you.
