This summer, our popular outdoor sound bathing experience returns! Settle in as the Lake Michigan waves intermingle with the sounds and frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, along with gently guided mediation and intentional breathing.Practitioner and facilitator Amanda will guide guests through this no-movement self-care session featuring a somatic body and breath scan, designed around releasing tension. Her sound healing instruments, along with the fresh air and complementing sounds of the lapping waves, interact with the body on a cellular level, facilitating a meditative state and promoting deep relaxation.

Located at the Inn's lakefront lawn
$40 per person
*July 15 class will be held on Tuesday
DETAILS
• This is a no-movement class
• All experience levels are welcome
• Warm and comfortable layered clothing is recommended.
PROVIDED: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and water
BRING, IF DESIRED: Favorite pillow or blanket, mat for additional support
