Our stories inform so much of our lives. So often we carry around unconscious stories that may direct us as we want to make conscious changes to grow. Our birth stories whether they are from our own birth or the birth of our children, whether we carried a child to full term or not, all has a massive impact on our lives. We are parents whether our child continued their life or not and we can become even more conscious parents as we address the challenges of our own birth. Coming to understand these stories and experiences; to be with them and feel through them can support us to rebirth ourselves and our stories into new perspectives and possibilities.
When we come together we can see and feel how we are not alone in our experience and that we can support each other by simply being together in our truth. Even though our stories are different and we bring our unique experience, it’s possible for us to meet each other by witnessing and honoring the wisdom that we all bring as we are all held by the Earth.
You're invited to come together with others who have given birth and/or are opening to potentially becoming parents to honor our birth stories, both our own and those of our children. This profound entry into the world informs so much about us and can influence each new birth in our lives moving forward. If we are able to tenderly hold these stories and our embodied experience, we can transform what may feel difficult into the capacity for new connections, opportunities and growth.
While it may feel like we are alone with these experiences at times, the reality is that the Earth is always holding us and is available for us to rest into and receive more support from if we are willing to be in reciprocal relationship with her. These gatherings are an opportunity to rest into this loving support in community and with the earth, with the plants, the waters, the fire and the air that are always here for us to heal with together. You'll receive simple grounding and nourishing practices that you can take home with you to support your daily life journey as well as connections that can nurture you for a lifetime.

All three gatherings are included in the journey and are important for the process we will be in together for these three months.

All of the gatherings will meet at the Bay View East Professional Building (1053 N US-31, Petoskey) and we will likely transition at some point to The Garden of Healing Connection and or the beach both just a couple of blocks away depending on the weather.
During each of these in person gatherings, there will be trauma informed embodiment practices to support each participant to be in choice about how much to feel into and what to share. There’s no obligation to share and everything is by consent. You will also learn tools to bring into your daily life to support you to regulate and resource yourself amidst the next stage of your journey.
There will also be optional gentle herbal support through tea & or cacao ceremonies at each gathering to cultivate a practice of connecting to plants as teachers and guides that can support our healing process and you'll have the option to take some home with you as well.
