Sunset Sound Bath

There is a washroom on site and parking on the back/ramp side for those with boards. Inflate and paddle before the event. Meet up back by the benches for the sound bath. Bring an anchor or tether if you have a board to help stay in the area.

A relaxing evening out by the water at the beach for a full body sound bath experience. Guests will have the opportunity to bring their paddleboard, kayak, river tube, blanket, or a towel to lie on the ground while listening to singing bowls, for a relaxing sound bath experience while watching the sunset.
