Welcome to our Sunset Sound Bath. As the day softens into evening and the colors of the sky shift to gold and rose, allow yourself to slow down and settle in. With each breath, release the weight of the day and invite stillness into your body and mind. The vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing tones will surround you, helping to calm your nervous system, restore balance, and open your heart to peace. This is your time to let go, receive, and simply be as the sun sets.
