This is a freeform movement journey where you’re invited to express yourself fully, release tension, and reconnect with your body. A safe, welcoming space to let go of stress, move with intention, and return to presence in the moment 🌿🎶✨
✨ What is Soul Flow Ecstatic Dance?
Soul Flow Ecstatic Dance is a spontaneous, unstructured movement practice guided by music—no choreography, no judgment, just pure embodied expression. It supports somatic release, helping to clear emotional and mental buildup while grounding you back into body, breath, and spirit 🌈🫶

This is a high-vibe community gathering designed to elevate energy, deepen connection, and bring JOY back into the body and the collective 💞✨
Please arrive with an open heart, substance-free, and come dance barefoot as the sun sets over the water 🌅🌊
Parking:
Park on the far left side of the causeway near the restrooms 🚻
Restrooms close at 9pm

all time favs, the second hour reggae vibes and the third hour ecstatic dance, so there is something for everyone!
🛎️And the Gong will be a new staple for these dances. It was so fun watching everyone hitting the gong to set an intention and to raise the vibration!🛎️⚡️🙌
