SUNSET SOCIAL-The perfect bank holiday weekend prep

Join us for an incredible summer social plod, perfectly timed for the beautiful sunset!

We’ll start and finish at Ferry View, South Shields, then head back for a brew, beer, or cocktail, plus some of their famous loaded fries, good tunes, and great company.

Just imagine it… a feel-good run followed by watching the sunset over the Tyne with the best social vibes.

This one’s open to lads and lasses — it’s time to have something to look forward to now the brighter nights are here.

Back in time for sunset, food, drinks, and a chill

With heaters at Ferry View and good vibes all evening, this is all about finding that perfect balance of fitness and fun.
