Join us for a FREE sunset mat pilates-inspired class designed to bring women together through movement, community, and wellness!

We are so excited to have you join us for a FREE sunset mat pilates-inspired class by the water to bring on the summer vibes with @nicegirlwalk and @chulasgoneactive! Led by Solidcore Senior Master Coach @callieeefloyd, Callie will take us through a 50 minute mat-pilates flow to challenge us, catch a good sweat, and have the BEST view of the beautiful beach and sunset in Westport, CT!

BRING YOUR OWN MAT! Make sure to bring a towel and some water to stay hydrated throughout the workout!
