Sunset Reset at Pure: A Somatic Movement and Sound Healing Experience

This event blends guided therapeutic movement, breathwork, and restorative soundscapes to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect the body to ease and presence. Designed to feel both refined and deeply grounding, the event invites guests into a serene outdoor environment for intentional movement, relaxation, and renewal.

About the instructors:

Madison McCann

Madison is a yoga teacher in Westerly and is also a multidimensional sound practitioner. She blends her passion for yoga and holistic wellness into her classes.

Amanda Gray

Beginning with a foundation in yoga, Amanda's work has expanded into a refined neurosomatic movement experience, where slow, intentional motion meets deep nervous system restoration. Each class is an invitation to soften, awaken, and embody a more effortless way of being.

Pre-registration is encouraged as space is limited. This event is rain or shine!
