Sunset Organ Vespers

A worship service built around listening to organ music, with Scriptural readings between the pieces.
Open to the public. Arrive early find a seat inside before it starts. Not suitable for younger children (too much sitting still).
The July 8 organ vespers will feature Paul Fleckenstein on the organs, with Rev. Malcolm Smith offering readings on the theme “Turning to the Lord at All Times of Day.” The program includes a variety of contrasting pieces including a transcription of Schumann's serene Abenlied, Rousseau's Scherzo, and Dubois' exciting Toccata in G Major. Other composers include Bach, Vierne, Karg-Elert, Walter Kramer, Ralph Kinder, and C. S. Lang. Doors open at 7:10pm.
One-per-month in the summer on Wednesday evenings; the dates this year are:
