🌅 Sunset on the River is an evening series created from the heart, for every heart that needs a moment to breathe. We gather by the water because something magical happens when people come together in nature. The walls come down, the breath deepens, and the real self gets to show up.We begin with play. Genuine, lighthearted, joyful play that wakes up your inner child and reminds you that healing doesn’t have to be heavy. From there we move together intentionally, arriving fully in the body through gentle yoga. And as the sun melts into the river and the sky turns gold, we close with an immersive sound journey that carries you somewhere deep, still, and whole.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your mat or blanket, and an open heart. The river will do the rest. 💚✨
