Join Us for Our Annual Sunset Memory Walk
You're warmly invited to our Annual Sunset Memory Walk on Sunday 9th August at Tandle Hill Country Park.
📍 Address: Tandle Hill Road, Royton, Oldham, OL2 5UX
This special evening is a chance to come together to remember those we love who no longer walk beside us, sharing a peaceful moment surrounded by the beauty of nature as we watch the sun set.
🚶 Meet at 6:30pm at the bottom of Tandle Hill near the carpark as we walk up together.
🥪 Please bring your own picnic and a blanket to enjoy once we reach the top. Take some time to relax, chat with friends, make new connections, and share this special evening together.
💙 We kindly ask for a minimum donation of £5 per adult to take part (no cost for children) This is a fundraising event for Jolly Josh, helping us continue supporting families of children with complex medical needs and disabilities across our community.
If you'd prefer to join us just for the sunset, here are the estimated times:
🌅 Golden Hour: 7:45pm – 8:50pm
🌇 Sunset: Around 8:51pm
🌌 Civil Twilight: Until approximately 9:25pm–9:30pm, giving us plenty of natural light to enjoy the views before making our way back down.
Whether you are remembering a child, a family member, a friend, or someone who will always hold a special place in your heart, you are very welcome to join us.
