As a spiritual teacher, healer, devoted to soul transformation and enlighment for the past 40 years, I have worked with thousands of meditation styles that range from sound, to guided visions, voice, movement, mantras, etc.. My experience has been informed by several traditional paths including Tibetan, Taoist, Vedic, Sufi, Earth centered, Feminine, animist, ancestral and shamanic wisdom.

During our Sunset meditation-- you will gently be led through a simple intuitive meditative process that weaves the subtle teachings connecting with our soul... and rooted in breath.

There may be meditative instruments and medicine songs... depending on the particular group.

Through meditation... we come into greater presence with our soul-- and connect with the eternal consciousness-- allowing our bodies to regulate-- heal-- and come into greater harmony. Meditation transforms our body, mind and soul... and creates the bridge to access greater states of consciousness-- where we experience love, peace, joy and fulfillment.

No experience is necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax.

This Sunset meditation will be in an outdoor park space-- so please bring a folding comfortable chair-- water-- an offering of flowers or incense, if possible and a shawl to cover in case needed.
