Sunset Labrynth and Double Sound Bath

SUNSET LABYRINTH & DOUBLE SOUND BATH 🌅

Join us as the sun begins to set for a beautiful evening of reflection, release, and intention.
Rachel will begin by sharing the meaning of the labyrinth and how the walk can become a personal journey—releasing as you walk inward, pausing in the center for gratitude, and setting intentions as you make your way back out.
Then you’ll settle onto your mat as Shawn leads you through a short guided meditation, gently moving us into a Double Sound Bath.
With Rachel and Shawn on opposite sides of the space, you’ll rest between them as the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain sticks, and more surround you.
During the Sound Bath, the labyrinth will be waiting.
When you feel called, simply rise from your mat and walk.
Your walk is your own. When you’re finished, return to your mat and settle back into the sounds surrounding you.
As the sun sets, allow yourself this time to release, give gratitude, set intentions, and simply receive.
