Sunset Hike, Yoga & Sound Bath at Tide Views Preserve

Join us on a sunset hike at Tide Views Preserve to the kayak launch area where we will enjoy a restorative yoga practice and sound healing.

Reset before a new week and join us on a beautiful sunset hike, meditation, restorative yoga practice, and soundbath at Tide Views Preserve.

4:00 Check in at the parking lot by the bathrooms

4:15 Sunset Hike to the kayak launch area with a view of the sunset

4:30 Practice Begins
5 min meditation
35 min restorative yoga with a sound bath
5 min savasana
20 min journaling, optional share
Once we finish we'll walk back to the parking lot together, likely around 5:30 pm!
This class is open to all levels and is the perfect way to start this new season with community, connection, and calm.

Where: Tide Views Preserve (1 Begonia St, Atlantic Beach) - free parking
When: Sundays · 4:15 PM (arrive by 4pm please)
Cost: $15 donation (not including Eventbrite fees).
Includes: Sunset hike, meditation, restorative yoga, sound bath, journal time
Please bring: Water, yoga mat and strap, bug spray, bag for items, journal, pen, and sweatshirt for cooler temperatures. Please bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty or wet if there are puddles.
