Sunset Food Truck Rodeo at 5506'

Beech Mountain Resort will once again host its Food Truck Rodeo at 5506′ this summer, bringing a rotating selection of food trucks, a full bar, and live DJ entertainment to the mountaintop.
The series offers guests the opportunity to experience an evening at 5,506 feet, with panoramic views and a casual, open-air atmosphere.
Food vendors for the evening of August 22, 2026 include Claudia's, Local Roots, Ono Poke Bowl, Diggy Donuts, The Greek Gal, and Little Wing Ice Cream. Craft vendors Agape Farms Face Painting and Pink Moon Beech by Tabitha Tindale will also be on site.
For our final Sunset Food Truck of the summer, which will be September 5, 2026 the food vendors will include Claudia's, Local Roots, Ono Poke Bowl, Diggy Donuts, and Little Wing Ice Cream. Along with Pink Moon Beech by Tabitha Tindale and Agape Farm Face Painting as our craft vendors of the evening.

Access Information:
Access to 5506′ is available via scenic lift ride only. No parking is permitted at the summit. Scenic lift tickets may be purchased in person until 7 p.m., with the final ride up occurring shortly after. Return lift service begins at 8 p.m.
