Join us every Thursday in June for a special collaboration with KOS Floating Sauna taught by the teachers of Yoga Mandali. Each evening begins with an energizing rooftop yoga session from 6:00–7:00 PM, where you’ll move and unwind beneath the evening sky and soak in the last light of the day.After your practice, ease into deep relaxation with a guided group sauna experience from 7:00–8:30 PM. Enjoy access to the sauna, refreshing lake plunges, the rooftop and Saratoga’s renowned mineral spring drinking water as you detoxify, recharge, and de-stress at your own pace.
Please bring/wear:
• Bathing suit
• Yoga mat
• Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying off)
• Water bottle
REGISTRATION:
Thursdays in June - 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
