Nature + Nurture = Sunset Beach Yoga (SBY) Meetup of Delray Beach. Established in 2010, SBY Provides weekly sunset yoga classes on the beach + other conscious community events & experiences.
Founder & head of SBY- Jessica Om is 17-year ERYT, healing arts professional, FUNctional fitness & movement specialist, & multi-disciplinary artist, & avid wanderer.
* * * CURRENT SCHEDULE:
Weekly- SUNDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, & FRIDAYS- 6pm
* * * IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE: SBY classes are weather permitting & schedule may be temporarily modified if Jessica is traveling. Always check the meetup or whatsapp to see if class is still happening *within a half hour* of start time.
(*If cancellation occurs- a Live streamed class MAY take place via YouTube- Link will be posted in the SBY WhatsApp.)
* It is highly recommended to join the SBY WhatsApp or MEETUP to get all important updates.

Additional info:
- Classes are all levels intuitively guided nurturing flow through the body that implements hatha, vinyasa, & yin yoga elements (sequenced movements paired with conscious breath, as well as longer holds of poses with deeply meditative focus) with intention on cultivating strength, balance, flexibility, fluidity, liberating tension and energetic stagnation, promoting self-awareness and producing an overall feeling of peace, relaxation, and illumination.
- Classes are approximately 75min & finish in supine meditation (savasana.)
- BRING: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
- ALL LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOME.
PARKING:
There are 2 beach lots to park in across the street. The parking is through Park Mobile app.
Some people also opt to park for free on the other side of the Linton Blvd bridge in the Trader Joe's Plaza and walk over.
If you're ever running late, please do not worry, we start on island time. There's no such thing as late on the beach... Whenever you join us is the right time 🙂 We are a very laid back & welcoming community.
