Sunset Beach Yoga Circle

Join us for our monthly sunset beach circle! Every month includes a different theme and focus.

Our March Circle will include breathwork, a slow flow heart-opening yoga practice followed by a rreiki-infused short heart chakra sound healing while in Savasana.

An aromatherapy eye cloth will be provided.

After the practice, enjoy a refreshing Hibiscus Rosewater tea to further connect with your heart energy center.

Please bring a mat, towel/sheet (or both), water, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses and anything else that will make you comfy!

💚Kindly arrive 10-mins before start time

💚There is a parking lot with a small fee

💚Restrooms on site

💚From the parking lot, walk towards the beach & turn right

💚Registration is required so I can properly prepare for the circle, your spot is NOT reserved until you register
