Sunrise YOGA Flow, Float & Feast

Rise with me for a fabulous morning, spent at Blackmans Bay beach, moving, rinsing and feasting. Take in the fresh air, sunlight, movement and mindfulness, followed by an optional cold water immersion, where I will guide you into the water mindfully to wash the year away and kick start the joy of Christmas.

Salute the sun and giggle your way into the water with your fellow yogis, and then enjoy a little feast, together with some light refreshments.

Come along and light your soul on fire as we move rhythmically through sun salutations to the rising sun and then face the cold, wild sea together for an incredibly uplifting experience.

IMPORTANT:

• In the spirit of Christmas, this class is being offered by cash donation. Please bring your donation on the day.
• We know that Mother nature has a mind of its own, so please note that this event may be cancelled due to bad weather - Lets all put it out there for a glorious day.
