Sunrise Yoga

Awaken your body and bask in the morning sunlight!

This gentle yoga practice is designed to energize and align your body and mind through movement and breath.

Please bring your own mat/towel and water bottle. Pre-registration is not required, but participants will need to sign a waiver and check in before class begins.
