JOIN US! Indulge in a morning of yoga and rejuvenation amidst the stunning backdrop of the 18th Hole at the Sanford International. 45-minute yoga and relaxation session, guided by the seasoned yogi and expert instructor Braden Bradfield from the renowned Revolution Yoga & Cycle Studio, featuring Fitness inspiration from Heyle Krause of HK Fitness.FREE ADMISSION: All you need to do is fill out the information on our website (sanfordinternational.com/special-events/sunrise-yoga/). You will not receive a confirmation email, but an email will be sent to you prior to the event with details and fun information.
JUNIOR YOGA: We believe in making wellness a family affair. We’re delighted to announce a dedicated kids’ yoga session taking place at our specially designed kids’ zone! Watch as your little ones embark on their own journey of mindfulness, flexibility, and fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
LEVEL: This session is geared for ALL fitness levels. Please join us whether you are a beginner or a lifelong yogi.
PARKING: For your convenience, participants are encouraged to park in the upper Sherman parking lot, also known as Lot A. This designated parking area ensures easy access to the event, allowing you to start your day of relaxation without any hassle.
NOTES:
- Please bring your own yoga mat or towel
- Water bottles will be provided
- Stick around after the session for fun give-a-ways, smoothies, and more!
- Each participant will receive a FREE ticket to Saturday’s round!
