🌅 Sunrise Yoga & Beach Cleanup on Fort Myers Beach 🏖️
Let's greet the day together as the sun shares its first light over the Gulf.
Join us for an optional Beach Cleanup beginning at 6:30 AM. Buckets and grabbers will be provided—it's a beautiful way to give back before welcoming the morning.
Then, from 7:15–8:15 AM, enjoy a rejuvenating Sunrise Yoga practice on the sand with the peaceful sounds of the waves as your backdrop.
We'll begin with gentle movements to awaken the body, then flow through an energizing practice designed to build strength, create balance, and calm the mind.
We'll close with a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath during savasana, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the day.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome.
📍 Parking: Free street parking on Old San Carlos Blvd. or Estero Blvd. (near Lynn Hall) until 9:00 AM.
Bring: • Towel or yoga mat (optional)
• Water
• Reusable mug for complimentary tea
• An open heart and your beautiful soul ❤️
