Sunrise Yin Yoga & Sound Bath at Miami Beach

Join me, Nesli, for a serene and uplifting Sunrise Yin Yoga & Sound Bath experience on the beautiful shores of Miami Beach. As you settle into each Yin Yoga pose, I will enhance your practice with the harmonious sounds of a live Sound Bath, promoting deeper relaxation and mental clarity.

Yin Yoga is designed to target the body’s connective tissues, improving flexibility and circulation while fostering a deeper mind-body connection. Accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and chimes, the Sound Bath will help deepen your relaxation and enhance your overall wellness experience.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, I prefer a softer towel to lay on, and additional towels for support
• Comfortable clothing suitable for yin poses, no tight leggings
• Water to dehydrate
• Towel/bikini to swim after if you feel like

Important Details:

• Location: 78nd Street
• Please Bring: A mat or a towel to lie on. Wear comfortable clothing. It's recommended not to eat just before the event.
