Sunrise to Sunset 100km Woman's Walk - Jeffreys Bay 2026 is officially open for enrolment! This is the 5th 100km event in the beautiful Eastern Cape and we are so excited to start planning the next season. The 100 kilometers are walked over 4 days, averaging 25km per day through diverse areas of the Jeffreys Bay, Gamtoos and St Francis regions.
Average pace is determined by the group and terrain.
Ladies, if you are looking for a challenge to test your endurance, determination, body and mind, this is your chance to join like-minded, strong ladies in the adventure of a lifetime.
Seasoned hikers as well as novices are welcome. If you are a novice, please enroll early to embark on the years training program to make sure you are fit enough to manage 25km per day for 4 consecutive days.
