Description: Sound Baths require no physical activity just relaxation and unwind.

In this hour you will  experience the unity of Nada Yoga and Nidra Yoga; the union of sound yoga and sleep yoga. Unwind to beautiful sounds of a full spectrum of Crystal Singing bowls, a Symphomic Gong and other intentionally used international musical instruments. Nada Yoga aids in the release of stagnant energy and re-aligns your energy wheels known as Chakras. Relax and experience Yoga Nada, which in, “Sanskrit Nada translates as sound, tone, or vibration, so Nada Yoga means “union through sound,” or the “yoga of sound.” Be completely relaxed and find yourself drifting into a deep state of Nidra Yoga and let the peacefulness of sound carry through your journey. Sound Baths require no physical activity just relaxation and unwind.

Wear comfortable clothing; Bring your favorite blankets a yoga mat anything that will make you completely comfortable and warm.
