Sunrise Solstice Hike with Medicine Wheel Yoga/Qigong

Elliott Ramage will guide able hikers up to a high but accessible spot for the sunrise and honor of the longest day of the year. Along the way, we'll do a little yoga (no mats necessary), Qigong, and Native American inspired four directions meditation to feel the sacredness of ourselves, our community, world, and nature. Bring water and good shoes. Prepare for a three mile desert hike unless you want to cut out early. You must sign a release waiver to participate. $21 cash or Venmo.
