Sunrise Rooftop Pilates

Join us for a morning of pilates on the rooftop of NOMO SOHO.

The Circuit is a High-Intensity Mat Class that brings the Reformer to the Mat. We use the Mat + some fun props + music to build a killer, functional workout.

The class is as High-Intensity as you'd like to take it. We'll build the framework for your strongest, most functional body whilst checking all of those pilates boxes. Think abs, abs, and more abs.

If you've tried Pilates before and found it too easy or boring, give this a shot. See you in class!
