About this Event
Wake up on the rooftop with a 60‑minute SUNRISE MAT PILATES flow that strengthens, centers, and energizes you for the day ahead at U3 Coffee rooftop, 7430 Madison in Forest Park.
We’ll move through a sculpt‑focused sequence with intentional breath and good music, welcoming all levels.
Start your morning right with us every Wednesday @ 7am, then feel free to stay for a bit, sip your handcrafted coffee made by the talented team at U3, and soak in the morning light with community.
Bring your mat, water, and sunrise energy.
Tickets $20 (coffee not included)
If class is cancelled due to the weather, a credit for a future class will be issued.
