Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just looking to start your morning with intention this class offers a calm welcoming space to simply relax and receive. Dress cozy bring your favorite blanket or yoga mat (we have extras!) and don’t worry if you forgot your coffee—we’ve got you.
Held on the first three Fridays of each month this is your early-morning invitation to chill restore and rise in rhythm.
