Sunrise Pilates on the Rooftop - The Social Hub

Start your day with a feel-good Pilates session on the rooftop at 8:30 AM, surrounded by beautiful morning light and fresh air.

This is more than just a workout. During the session, we’ll work on strength, posture, flexibility and mobility, while developing greater body awareness and a stronger connection with ourselves. You’ll learn to understand your body better, move with more intention, and leave feeling stronger, more present and empowered.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or already have experience, everyone is welcome. And because movement is always better when shared, there’ll be time to connect, chat and meet new people afterwards.

The class will be taught in English or Spanish depending on the group’s preferences. When booking, let us know which language you’d prefer.
