Photo Meetup at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park

Catch the sunrise over the Mississippi River and the changing fall colors at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park with NCE photo experts on Sunday, October 18. Check in at the Gateway Center building at 7am, and set up together for sunrise. Afterward, we’ll walk along the Treetop Trail to capture the fall landscape as the morning light changes.

You’re welcome to explore on your own at any point, or stick with NCE photo experts for guided, personalized advice on composition and camera settings.  

This is a free event, open to all experience levels. Registration is required.

Meetup Agenda:

7–7:15am: Check-in / Introductions

7:15–8:45am: Sunrise Photography + Fall Colors (sunrise at 7:32am)

8:45–9am: Wrap-up / Final Q&A

Be Prepared:

This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. We recommend weather-appropriate clothing, bug spray, and a rain sleeve in case of unexpected weather. Pack extra batteries, memory cards, and film — just in case!

Upon Arrival:

When you arrive, enter the parking lot at the main entrance and we will gather as a group near the Gateway Center building to check-in.

Can’t Make It? Space is limited — if your plans change, please cancel your registration so another photographer can attend.
