“Sunrise Peace in the Scrub” Hike

Early risers can celebrate the International Day of Peace with a beautiful early morning view over the scrub habitat of Lyonia Preserve! We’ll be listening to the birds singing and searching for tracks of animals that were busy overnight. Participants should dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes, bring water and be prepared to hike approximately 1.5 miles on sugar sand trails. This program is appropriate for participants ages 10 and up.
