We'll begin at first light with a peaceful sunrise paddle surf session, gliding across still waters as the sun rises, inviting clarity, embodiment, and presence. This gentle journey reconnects us with nature’s rhythms and prepares us for the deeper work to follow.

Afterward, we’ll gather for a heart-centered New Moon Blue Lotus Ceremony. This subtle, intentional practice invites expanded awareness, emotional openness, and creativity - perfectly aligned with the introspective energy of the new moon. You’ll be supported through meditation, intention-setting, journaling, and connection, all anchored by the calming presence of Blue Lotus tea.
