Our 9:30 AM class is the perfect balance of flow and stillness — a sequence designed to awaken your body steady your breath and connect you deeply with your inner rhythm. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner this session meets you where you are.

The class unfolds on the open deck at Prana Café surrounded by morning breeze birdsong and soft sunshine — a space where time slows down and presence begins.

After class stay for a nourishing breakfast or smoothie from Prana’s wholesome menu curated to complement your post-yoga glow.
