Sunrise Drum Circle: Yarra River

Meet at Morell Bridge, Cnr Alexandra Ave & Anderson Street, 30 mins before sunrise.

Step into the river’s edge as the first light of day rises and let your body, heart, and rhythm awaken together. Bring a drum, or simply bring your hands to clap + anything that lets your frequency move. All are welcome, whether you’ve never played a drum or haven’t in years.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket to sit on

• Comfortable clothes to move freely

• Water to stay hydrated

• A drum or any sound-making tool (or just your hands!)

• Friends, family, or anyone you feel would love to join

Together we’ll call in the sun, feel the river’s pulse, and honor the rhythm already inside us, celebrating the new day as a shared ritual of awakening and connection.
