Join us behind Benny’s on the Beach at the Lake Worth Beach Pier every Wednesday morning 7:00AM for a sunrise, all levels, open flow Yoga class led by @MakiCriscaut (E-RYT 500)

Set your intentions, clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension. Awakening your senses, raising your vibration. Connect with likeminded souls while witnessing the magic of the Sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.
