Come join us for a rejuvenating morning of beach yoga at 2nd Street in Virginia Beach!

Start your day off right with a peaceful session of yoga while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. This class is the perfect way to connect with nature, to yourself and to help calm the mind.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all are welcome to participate.

This class is donation based. Donations can be made through venmo: @Lora-Lakanal or in person.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to claim your spot, class will begin promptly at 7 am. Don't forget to bring a towel (or yoga mat), water, and sunscreen. There are two parking lots at 2nd street you can use. *This class is weather permited- please check Instagram for most current updates - @auloraborealis.
