Watch the sun glistening off the water as you practice the age old art of yoga (on the beach) surrounded by the sound of lapping water and the cry of the gulls. Guaranteed to leave you feeling fabulous and invigorated.
Then paddleboard or kayak around as the sun shines like diamonds on the water. Get a workout in or just float, whatever works for you.
Enjoy a coffee, mimosa and lights snacks on the beach following paddle. What a way to start the day!
