Sunrise Beach Yoga is moving to once a month for the winter season — the first Saturday of every month.
Exact dates and times will always be posted here in advance, so be sure to check my social media before heading out. I’ll also post any weather, tide, or beach-condition updates here. Mother Nature gets the final say. ☀️🌊
