Rosie Greenwood Choreographer will be leading this Sunrise & Improvise session on the sand at sunrise!We’ve had it confirmed by our weather and tide experts (RX58 #HastingsFishermen) that this is low tide and sunrise together so we can dance on the sand.
Dress up warm.
Join us for a guided sunrise dance improvisation on the sand on Saturday 8th November at 7am meeting at Maslow Housing Cooperative in Babilicious Cafe.
This is a mindful and joyful way to start your day with silent disco headsets, moving to the same music as the sun rises.
No experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to move.
Then back to @babilicious22 at @maslowhc for porridge and coffee and some social networking time together.
