The time of year where we celebrate light and warmth as it nourishes our bodies and the earth. This warmth and light inspires connection with the community and celebrates the sun. As the longest day of the year, now we will witness the days grow shorter, marking a turning point in the year. As the sun reaches its peak, especially today, let us also find ourselves at a high point.
Classes include 45 min of Asana (posture) practice, 15 min Breathing (Pranayama) & Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. Registration fee is $25 per person
