Sunny Brae Porchfest 2026

Sunny Brae will be hosting our third annual PorchFest, and yours truly will be operating a stage at the end of Beverly Drive.
Porchfest is a community-driven, family-friendly music festival where local musicians perform on front porches and lawns of homes in a neighborhood, creating a walkable, free event to foster community spirit. Started in Ithaca, New York, in 2007, the concept has spread across the US and Canada, transforming neighborhoods into live music venues. Attendees walk, bike, or scooter between porches to enjoy diverse genres of music, while hosts provide the performance spaces.
Over 20 Sunny Brae Houses will host 1-3 bands at each house.
Bands have not been assigned, but I have requested Gamelan Sekar Sequoia and Badnemonium (NOLA-style street band).
I'll make about 40 lbs. of Hawaii-style kalua pork & Hawaii-style Mac salad. Sherrie is making yummy vegan beans. I'll also provide an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is NO need to bring anything, but if you must, feel free to bring beverages and sides.
