Sunnie Runners x Farmer J - 6km Pre Race Shake

On 3rd November 2024, Georgia (1/2 of Sunnie Runners) is taking on the New York Marathon for PAPYRUS - an incredible charity fighting for the prevention of young suicide.

We'd love you to join in the pre-marathon fun on Sunday 27 October with a social 6km run for charity.

ANYONE and EVERYONE is welcome to lace up with us, no matter how experienced or speedy.

THE PLAN for SUNDAY 27 OCTOBER

MEET: 11.45 am at Farmer J Piccadilly

RUN: Sunnie Runners head off on a social 6km lap round St James Park

APRÉS: Join us for a complimentary coffee and treats provided by the epic Farmer J team. Purchasing a ticket also gives you entry into our pre-race raffle. Win a £50 lululemon voucher, Made By Maman scrunchies, and more.

Please note there is no bag drop available for this event.

WHY NOT 5KM?

5km is the most popular race distance in the world. It's also the milestone every newbie runner aims for. We want to create a community where you feel comfortable to challenge yourself, which is why our runs are a lil' bit more than what you might expect from a typical London run club.

If you're a total newbie, please don't be put off. We recommend you start with 6km. Think of this run as a 2km warm up, a 2km run, and a 2km cool down. We'll be there to guide you, push and pull back whenever you need us to. If you need to walk at any point - we promise you won't be left behind.

I DON'T HAVE A TICKET, CAN I LACE UP WITH YOU?

Sadly, no. We have ticketed our Lace Up Club to manage numbers so our lovely friends at Farmer J don't get overwhelmed with orders. Keep up to date with more run dates on @sunnierunners IG.
