Start your Sunday mornings with serenity and connection as Aqua Om Paddle partners with Berks Nature to bring you Sunlit Yoga, a beginner-friendly yoga series designed to immerse you in the beauty of the natural world.
Join us every Sunday from March 16 to May 25 at The Nature Place, where you’ll flow through a gentle, all-levels yoga class guided by Kami Kiritsis, owner of Aqua Om Paddle. With the sounds of nature as your backdrop and the community by your side, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the environment around you.
This class will be held outdoors, rain or shine, with a covered area available for inclement weather. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket for savasana (optional), and let the tranquility of nature guide your morning.
Come as you are, whether you're an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice—this series is designed for everyone. Experience the healing connection between mind, body, and the natural world while starting your day on the right note.
